10 e) As a result of the facts that prompted this case, Luis Alberto Cantoral Benavides has had –and still has- physical and psychiatric health problems;18 f) Luis Alberto Cantoral Benavides received psychiatric treatment under a special program run by the National Coordinator of Human Rights [Coordinadora Nacional de Derechos Humanos] (CNDDHH) in Lima, Peru.
