The State must provide immediate, adequate and effective medical and psychological treatment, free of charge, through the State’s specialized health care institutions to Rosa Elvira Franco Sandoval, if she so wishes, in the terms of paragraph 280 of this Judgment. 14. The State must, within one year of notification of this Judgment, pay the amount established in paragraph 300 of this Judgment as compensation for pecuniary and nonpecuniary damage, and reimbursement of costs and expenses, in the terms of paragraph 307, and also reimburse the Victims’ Legal Assistance Fund the amount established in paragraph 315 of this Judgment. 15. The State must, within one year of notification of this Judgment, provide the Court with a report on the measures taken to comply with it. 16. The Court will monitor full compliance with this Judgment in exercise of its functions and in compliance with its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights, and will close this case when the State has complied fully with its provisions.
